Lindsay joined the Henderson County Attorney office as the Directing Attorney of Child Support in August 2022. Previously, Lindsay served for six years at the Jefferson County Attorney Office in Louisville as a criminal prosecutor, arraignment court prosecutor and the Veterans Treatment Court specialty court prosecutor. Prior to becoming an Assistant County Attorney in Jefferson County, Lindsay served as an Equal Justice Works Veterans Legal Fellow at the Legal Aid Society of Louisville and as a volunteer attorney for Doctors & Lawyers for Kids and The Legal Aid Society’s Domestic Violence Advocacy Program.
Lindsay graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2008 with a Bachelors of Arts in German and in Political Science, where she played Field Hockey and for the Women’s Lacrosse Team. Lindsay studied German at the Karls-Ruprecht-Universität-Heidelberg in Heidelberg, Germany. Lindsay studied law at Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego and graduated in May 2013 and earned a certificate in Sports Law & Policy. Lindsay is admitted to practice law in Kentucky and in Missouri. Lindsay actively gives her time to the community and serves on the Louisville Zoo’s Friends of the Zoo Board and as the Vice President of Finance for the Junior League of Louisville. She previously served on the Board of the Women Lawyers Association of Jefferson County and on the Louisville Bar Association’s Public Service Committee. Lindsay resides in Owensboro with her husband and two children.
