The Henderson Fiscal Court oversees the administration of the County of Henderson.
The Fiscal Court meets the 1st and 3rd Tuesday's of each month at 9:30 a.m.. The Fiscal Court Room is located on the 3rd floor of the Court House.

Magistrates are elected officials whose terms last 4 years. Their administrative duties include, caring for county roads, bridges, property, and levy of property taxes. The magistrates possess official power only as members of Fiscal Court.

Assistant to Judge Executive / Fiscal Court CLerk
Sue Baker is Assistant to the County Judge/Executive. She is responsible for scheduling meetings with the Judge; preparing correspondence; overseeing coal severance grants, DRA grants and Homeland Security grants, etc.. She assists Magistrates with day-to-day activities; and acts as liason for the County Judge. Sue is also the Fiscal Court Clerk.
